Staff Appreciation Week

May 7th through May 11th

During Staff Appreciation Week, we celebrate our amazing staff and show appreciation for all they do each and every day.

Monday- Write a note or poem to your teachers or any staff member to recognize them.

Wednesday- Bring in school supplies for your classroom.

Friday- Bring in a sweet treat for your teachers.

Next week we will also celebrate College and Children’s Mental Health Matters Week.  Students and staff are invited to participate in the theme for each day:

Monday, May 7, 2018: College Roll Call! Wear your college or military t-shirt with your uniform pants.

Tuesday, May 8, 2018: We are Hootin’ and Hollerin’ with mustang pride!  Dress in your best Wild wild west outfit.

Wednesday, May 9, 2018: Be a lifelong Learner! You are never too old to learn something new or refine your skills.  Dress as a grandparent or Old person.

Thursday, May 10, 2018: Children’s Mental Health Matters!  Wear Green to support Children’s Mental Health.

Friday, May 11, 2018: College and Career Ready with an Expansive Vocabulary!

Dress as a vocabulary word! Use this as an opportunity to teach others a new word. Be sure your word and outfit is school appropriate. Don’t forget to pin or tape your word and the definition on your clothes. Be creative and have fun!
